Spinach Dip

The other day I was wanting to make a Spinach Dip. I looked online to find a recipe, but I did not like what I found so I made up my own recipe. I think it turned out pretty well here is the recipe...
Ingredients:
1 (12oz) bag chopped spinach
1/2 chopped onion
2 (8oz) packs cream cheese
1 (16oz) container sour cream
1(2cup) bag italian bend or mexican blend shredded (you could also do a mixture of both)
for taste a few chopped jalapenos.
Combine the cream cheese and the sour cream together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, squeeze the water out of the spinach.
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and the spinach together.
Saute the onion and the jalapenos, and then, mix them in with the spinach, sour cream, and cream cheese. Mix in about half the bag of shredded cheese. Put the mixture in an oven safe dish.
Top the dish with the remainder of the shredded cheese.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let cool and enjoy!

The Fantasy of Trees at the Galloways

This is what you see when you first enter the front door. This is our smallest tree. This tree is also known as the Jesus Tree because all of the ornaments on it are all about Jesus! Here is another view of the tree.
As you turn to the left you see another tree. This tree is our silver tree. Mom one year saw this tree and really liked the tree so I bought it for her! The ornaments on the tree are from Daniel and Beth's wedding. So this tree is also known as the Daniel and Beth tree. The next tree you see it the small one in the kitchen.
One year this tree was covered in cookie cutters that was a fun tree, but this year we went more simple and stayed with the colorful glass ornaments. The next tree you come to is the tree in the dining room and the kitchen. This tree is very pretty with its colorful lights. This is actually our only tree that has colored lights. The next tree you come to in the tree in Mom and Dad's room. This tree was their very first tree they ever had! The tree is still in really good shape! Last but not least, the last tree is my favorite. This tree is also the biggest toping off at 12 feet! This tree is covered in our family ornaments that we have collected over the many years and some of the ornaments are quite funny!
